How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed to order, which takes 3–6 working days. UK delivery then takes a further 2–4 working days, so allow 5–10 working days in total.
Can I change my order?
Send us a message as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to help before your personalised order goes into production, but changes aren’t always possible once making has started.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because every Jinglebell item is made specially for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll put it right.
How do I track my delivery?
We’ll email you when your order is dispatched. You can also open Your orders to see its latest status and tracking details.
How much does delivery cost?
We currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery is £4.99, or free when your order is £49 or more. eCards are emailed, so they’re always delivered free.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and tell us what went wrong. A photo is helpful, and we’ll arrange the right replacement or resolution.
Can I edit my design after ordering?
Contact us straight away. We may be able to update it before production begins, but we can’t promise changes once your order is being made.
Where can I see my orders?
Open Your orders from the account menu. Sign in with the email used at checkout to see your orders and delivery updates on any device.
