2026 promotion terms

These terms apply to the unique 10% off promotional codes issued on Jinglebell business cards.
1. Each promotional code gives the holder 10% off one eligible Jinglebell order placed through our website.
2. Each code is unique and can only be used once. Once a code has been successfully redeemed, it cannot be used again.
3. Only one promotional code may be used per order. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code, promotion or offer unless we expressly say otherwise.
4. The discount applies to eligible products in your order and does not apply to delivery charges.
5. The code must be entered at checkout and successfully applied before payment. We cannot normally apply a promotional code retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
6. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be sold or transferred for value.
7. The promotion is available for orders placed through the Jinglebell website and is subject to product availability and our usual Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns Policy.
8. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already placed using a valid promotional code.
9. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the promotional code will not automatically be reissued. Where appropriate, please contact us and we will consider whether a replacement code should be provided.
10. We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been copied, altered, obtained or used fraudulently, or otherwise used contrary to these terms.
